32 New Buys From & Other Stories, Zara and COS That You'll Mistake for Designer

It would impossible to count the number of times that I’ve been stopped in the street and asked where an item I was wearing was from and the answer has been high street. What usually follows is surprise, but after years of mixing affordable pieces with some savvy designer investment buys, I think I’ve mastered the art of high/low dressing in a way that makes sense. In all honesty, the quality of the high street’s offerings has improved so significantly over the years that I’m always confident in it’s ability to deliver accessible takes on runway pieces (helping me to elevate my wardrobe in the process), but none more so than & Other Stories, Zara and COS.

Yatri wears a COS tank and Zara jeans.

It’s been a particularly good year for Zara and COS so far, with jackets like internet-famous bombers and trench coats taking centre stage. And, if you are looking for pieces perfect for the transition into spring, look no further than & Other Stories. Scouring their new-in reads like a who’s who of predictable bestsellers, from the chic separates to the leather accessories that look far more expensive than their high street price tag

So, to help you find all of the pieces that look like they’ve walked straight off the runway, I’ve taken the labour out of hunting through the new-in sections, and put together a handy little edit for your perusal. Should you be on your lunch break, scrolling of an evening or looking for something exciting to liven up your commute, these are 32 pieces from & Other Stories, Zara and COS that I think you’re love, and believe me when I say–no one will know that they’re high street.

How beautiful is this?

Now’s the time to invest in warm-weather dresses.

This whole outfit is perfection. Just add heels for an easy dinner date look.

Blazers that go with basically everything in your wardrobe are a wise investment.

The perfect addition to jeans-and-a-nice-top.

A midi skirt will work hard in your wardrobe all year round, but particularly in spring and summer.

Not yet invested in the denim midi skirt trend? Consider this your sign.

Tank tops are going nowhere. I’d wear this with straight-leg jeans and a blazer to the office and a maxi skirt at the weekend.

You can always rely on & Other Stories for excellent accessories. This mini pouch makes the ideal evening bag in the city or on holiday.

I’m so surprised this is under £100!

The fit on these jeans looks so premium. I love the simple styling, too.

The WWW team will never not love shirred detailing.

No one does elevated evening options like COS.

The ideal layer for this tricky weather.

Our group chat have been dominated by this dress his week.

Wear with heels, trainers and flats.

The summer staple you can rely on for years to come.

Is this the best striped shirt on the internet right now? We think so.

And it’s even better as a full co-ord.

I don’t know about you, but I love a little kick flair.

The chicest spring jacket out there.

Bring on the summer.

This whole look is so stylish, but the waistcoat is the standout for me.

Isn’t this just the dreamiest skirt?

Zara isn’t slowing down anytime soon when it comes to sensational dresses.

A good pair of sandals are a spring staple that you’ll reach for every weekend.

I love printed trousers for spring. Dress them up with heels and a blazer, or keep them casual with a white tee, trainers and a sweatshirt around your shoulders.

Our current obsession? Zara’s luxe bomber jackets.

Jeans and a white tee = the ultimate easy spring fit.

The pistachio shade and ruching of this dress really elevates it.

Personalise your bag with your initials on the Zara website to make it entirely and uniquely yours.

Mid-heeled sandals are a simple way to add polish and interest to any look.
