Nikola Jokic had a triple-double to lead the Denver Nuggets to a 104-93 win over the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
Jokic — who finished with 27 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists — joins Jason Kidd in 2002 as the only players to ever record a triple-double in their Finals debut.
Jamal Murray of Kitchener, Ont., lead all Nuggets scorers with 26 points in the win.
Game 2 is Sunday in Denver.
