No Lie—Every Beauty Editor I Know Loves This Clean Skincare Brand

Influencer-owned skincare brands often get a bad rep- fact but Susan Yara’s Naturium is a science-backed, purse-friendly exception to the rule. I have been using some of the products from the US-based skincare brand that landed in the UK last year for a few months now and can safely say that it’s a brand that has rightfully earned a permanent place in my rotations.

Wearing Naturium’s Phyto Glow lip balm in lychee.

Naturium’s products are clinically effective, suitable for all skin types and fall into that sweet spot of boasting natural ingredients that are paired with actives. Now, I consider some of the brand’s best-sellers my absolute go-tos, from the Quadruple Hyaluronic Acid Serum 5% to the Glycolic Acid Body Wash, which has become a shower staple for helping to keep my skin tone even and ingrown hairs at bay. Not to mention the now-viral Phyto-Glow Lip Balm (I keep one in every bag). It’s a skincare brand that—across the board—lives up to the hype.

The cherry on top though is undoubtedly Naturium’s robust sustainability credentials by way of minimal designs to avoid unnecessary waste. Complete ingredient transparency via an extensive ingredient library, that lists every single ingredient in their formulas, as well as its sustainable sourcing that looks at working conditions through to how their product waste impacts soil and water streams.

This along very accessible price point, with products costing between £18 and £27.

This moisturiser is lightweight but deeply nourishing, making it the perfect lotion for repairing summer sandals-induced cracked heels. Formulated with shea butter and Vitamin B, it’s a great, suits-all product and an easy win.

A great cleansing balm is crucial for clean and healthy skin. Infused with ginseng, which is known for its support in slowing down the loss of collagen, this cleanser is perfect for those of us that want to get back to skincare basics.

By now most of us will have have heard about and likely seen the benefits of incorporating vitamin c into out routine. Luckily, Naturium makes a potent (and affordable) option that works hard for you.

What can make niacinamide—the active that works to improve skin texture, brighten and fade hyperpigmentation—even better? Incorporating it in gel cleanser of course.

In need of a facial moisturiser that hydrates but sits comfortably under SPF and makeup? Then this dreamy option from the brand is a must.

As someone prone to getting hyperpigmentation and dark spots, I can confidently say that I really rate chemical exfoliants over physical exfoliants. This salicylic acid one from the brand is a product I reach for regularly.

And I am sticking with chemical exfoliants by way of this glycolic gel. Think if hydration and exfoliation had a skincare baby that was also great for dry elbows and ingrown hairs.

In the summer months, thanks to sweat, heat and water from pools and extra showers, our skin can become dry and dehydrated. So a concentrated serum that works not only to improve skin texture but also helps to balance excess oil, leaving you with all the naturally produced good and staving of the sweaty bad, is a no-brainer.

A good hyaluronic serum is an easy addition to any routine. This one is slightly thicker than most with its gel-like texture and it combines four different types of hyaluronic acid that work to penetrate different layers of skin for the ultimate hydration boost.

As a long bath over shower advocate, I think even I can testify to the powers of this holy grail product. Gentle yet powerful and the ultimate daily luxury.

I have one in every bag and if you are in want of a nourishing lip option that can be layered over liners, lipsticks or worn by itself (it comes in 4 shades) this is the balm/gloss hybrid for you.
