The Columbus Blue Jackets confirmed Saturday the hiring of Mike Babcock as their next head coach.
Following the announcement, Babcock will speak to the media about joining the Blue Jackets and his outlook for the team next season. Babcock previously coached the Maple Leafs, Ducks and Red Wings.
