If there’s one website I’m always refreshing during the Black Friday period, it’s John Lewis. As a beauty editor, I’m always asked what Black Friday deals I’m shopping from the likes of Cult Beauty and Sephora, but in my opinion, John Lewis stocks some of the best fragrance, skincare and makeup brands on the market, and the discounts never disappoint. In fact, this year I’m even more impressed than usual, as John Lewis has actually started its Black Friday sale early, and trust me when I say that these deals are not to be missed.
In order to make your life a little bit easier during the busy sale period, I’ve rounded up all of my top beauty buys below, along with all of the information you need about the John Lewis 2023 Black Friday sale. So, what are you waiting for? Keep on scrolling and treat yourself to that luxury perfume or cult skincare product that you’ve had your eye on for months…
This year, Black Friday falls on Friday, 24 November, 2023. However, many retailers tend to start their sales earlier in the month.
John Lewis’ Black Friday sale has started early this year, with some incredible offers already live on the website, such as 20% off Tom Ford and Aqua di Parma fragrances. If previous years are anything to go by, we can expect lots of different discounts throughout the month of November.
As a beauty editor who is careful not to overconsume, I don’t believe in buying things you don’t truly want or need during the Black Friday period. Instead, I encourage everyone to make considered purchases, and look for those luxury items that have been on your wish list for quite a while. For me, it’s a great time to invest in a designer fragrance or a slightly more expensive skincare product or beauty tool that I wouldn’t pick up on a daily basis, but that I know I will use all the time. I also think it’s the perfect time to get your Christmas shopping started, as there are often great deals on those higher-ticket items and special-edition gift sets.
If you want to know which John Lewis Black Friday beauty buys I actually think are worth snapping up, then keep on scrolling.
