Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa ruled out vs. Bills with concussion

A bad night for the Miami Dolphins got even worse when starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was forced to exit the game due to a concussion.

Tagovailoa was on the receiving end of a huge hit late in the third quarter when he rushed up the middle for a first down near the goal line. Instead of sliding to protect himself, the Dolphins QB lowered his head to try and pick up some extra yards.

The trainers immediately rushed onto the field as Tagovailoa’s Dolphins teammates began to kneel around him. Thankfully, he was able to get up and walk to the sideline under his own power.

Tagovailoa headed straight for the team’s locker room and was officially ruled out by the team with a concussion.

The injury ended a night to forget for the 26-year-old QB, as he threw three interceptions before he was forced to exit.
