While I think there will always be a need for a pair of classic black leggings, I’m noticing a massive shift in the activewear that all the It girls in L.A. are actually wearing to Pilates and yoga classes, and on hikes and matcha runs. The style they’re all gravitating towards instead? Fold over leggings, especially styles with flare-leg silhouettes.

All in all, high-rise leggings aren’t truly “over”, but if you want your activewear outfits to look more forward, I highly suggest swapping them for one of these fold over flare-leg styles.
