I have a confession to make. Up until a couple of years ago, I didn’t own a single pair of jeans. Yes, reader you read that correctly—this fashion editor did not wear jeans. It didn’t come from a place of snobbery (and believe me, I have enough pairs of leggings to attest to that), but I simply hadn’t found a pair of jeans that fit me properly.
After years of trial and error and trying on lots (and lots) of denim, I happened across two pairs that changed my life—E.L.V Denim’s upcycled Boyfriend jeans and Agolde’s Arc. Not only did both pairs fit incredibly well (proof that the right pair is out there), but they also opened the floodgates of what would be my new obsession. After years of wearing floaty maxi dresses and slinky midi skirts, all of my outfits started to revolve around jeans. Jeans and tees, jeans and cardigans, jeans and shirts—no outfit was complete without denim involved, but then summer rolled around.
Styling jeans for autumn, winter and spring was relatively easy as they work so well with layered tops and jackets, but warm weather jeans outfits was a new proposition. Desperate to find some outfit inspiration to help answer my sartorial dilemma, I turned to the one group I could think of that also makes jeans feel expensive—celebrities.

A-listers know how to make off-duty outfits feel paparazzi ready, so if you’re wondering how to wear jeans now (and throughout the rest of the year) I’ve rounded up some of the best celebrity jeans outfits to come out of 2026. From baggy jeans and sandals to straight-leg jeans and boots, these are the jeans outfits worth recreating when you don’t know what to wear. Did I mention there’s no ironing required?
1. Jennifer Lawrence: White T-Shirt + Baggy Jeans + Flat Sandals

Style Notes: Trust the queen of laidback street style to show us the easiest way to wear jeans in summer. J.Law’s white tee, baggy jeans and sandal combination feels like the kind of formula to reach for when you’re in rush, need to prioritise comfort and want to stay low key. Adding the cap might be a practical choice for her to avoid paps, but I love the slightly sportier, tomboy edge it brings to such a simple ensemble.
Shop the Look:

Technically falls under mens, but definitely unisex.

No matter the colourway or fabrication, these are bestsellers for a reason.
2. Victoria Beckham: Tank Top + White Jeans + Heels

Style Notes: As someone known for a towering heel, is it any surprise that VB dresses her up baggy white denim with a platform sandal? With jeans so long in fact that her shoes were barely visible, this outfit is conclusive proof that Victoria has left her skinny-jean-wearing WAG days behind, and now uses a wide-leg silhouette to bring new life to a simple grey top.
Shop the Look:

Just enough lift for all day wear without being uncomfortable.
3. Zendaya: Tank Top + Baggy Jeans + Ballet Pumps

Style Notes: When we’re used to seeing Zendaya’s high-octane red carpet looks, it’s refreshing to see her relaxed in a tank top and jeans. Clearly the white top and blue denim formula is a celebrity favourite, but what sets this look apart are the shoes. The pop of colour! The ballet flat style! If jeans and trainers are too casual for your plans, consider this easy switch instead.
Shop the Look:

If you haven’t already tried Commando’s range of premium basics and jersey, let this ultra-light, smoothing tank be your introduction.
4. Kendall Jenner: T-Shirt + Straight Jeans + Loafers

Style Notes: This recent look from Kendall Jenner is one of my favourite transitional outfit ideas. Start with the basics (tee and jeans), then layer up as the weather dictates. Chilly day? Add a jumper around your shoulders (you might need to pull it on later), and swap flip flips for socks and loafers.
Shop the Look:

While the rest of fashion is distracted by long sleeves, Kendall keeps it simple with a classic tee.

I already own this jumper and constantly wear it around my shoulders and tied around my waist.
5. Sienna Miller: Off the Shoulder Top + Wide Jeans + Statement Heels

Style Notes: Wondering how to make jeans work for evening? Sienna’s off-the-shoulder top and blue jeans are perfect for a smart casual dress code, and adding the statement Givenchy heel gives a little extra polish. Just when we thought partywear was all about little black dresses…
Shop the Look:

This comes in seven different colours.

Abercrombie jeans come highly rated from shopping editor Marina Avraam.
6. Sarah Pidgeon: Blazer + Horseshoe Jeans + Pumps

Style Notes: When Sarah Pidgeon burst onto the scene with her portrayal of CBK in American Love Story, many people expected the same minimalism from her own wardrobe. Instead we’ve been treated fun accessories, playful use of colour and an appreciation for sculptural silhouettes—enter the horseshoe jean. By adding a tailored blazer, Sarah smartens up these divisive jeans, elevating them from everyday to evening ready.
Shop the Look:

This looks so much more expensive than it’s price tag.
7. Margot Robbie: Evening Jacket + Boyfriend Jeans + Heels

Style Notes: Whether high summer or winter party, this Margot Robbie outfit works all year round. Of course, Haute Couture Chanel is going to cause a stir, but it also inspires the idea of pairing casual, relaxed denim with an impactful, embellished jacket. If you’ve only got five minutes to get ready, this quick update is the easy way to do polished maximalism.
Shop the Look:

You might not be able to readily get your hands on custom haute couture, but this gives the same energy for a fraction of the price.
8. Sofia Ritchie Grainge: Suede Bomber Jacket + Straight Jeans + Pumps

Style Notes: Whether she’s making maternity wear feel modern or dressing for a red carpet, Sofia Ritchie Grainge always manages to create wearable looks from premium pieces. This look is one of many denim outfits worn by her over the last couple of years that always follows a similar formula—neutral top, mid-wash blue, and dressy shoe. If it’s not broke, why fix it? This is your next weekend look sorted now and throughout autumn.
