Is the term “fashion week” even relevant anymore when the industry has basically taken up the entire 365-day calendar? Outside of the traditional spring/summer and autumn/winter shows, there are also cruise collections, menswear shows, and the crème de la crème: couture week. Naturally, the Valentino Haute Couture show was packed with A-list celebrities, but Anne Hathaway‘s outfit stood out to me because it was a much more daring look than we’re used to seeing from her.
For the Rome event, Hathaway wore a head-to-toe Valentino outfit with the most exaggerated of proportions: a teeny-tiny miniskirt and absolutely sky-high platform heels. Oh, and it certainly didn’t hurt that her outfit was replete with thousands of shimmering sequins. Scroll down to see Anne Hathaway’s new outfit, and shop the hot-pink color trend for yourself.
