The Buffalo Bills got off to a strong start and held off a second-half pushback to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-17 in the AFC wild-card round Monday.

Josh Allen threw three touchdowns and also had a highlight-reel 52-yard touchdown run for Buffalo. The Bills quarterback improved to 5-4 in the playoffs with the victory.

Khalil Shakir helped put the game out of reach with a 17-yard touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter.

The Bills will now host Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of the 2022 AFC Divisional Round game. Buffalo and Josh Allen are 0-2 in playoff meetings against Kansas City and Mahomes.
