Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Alek Manoah has been named one of three finalists for the American League Cy Young award, the BBWAA announced Monday.
Houston Astros’ Justin Verlander and Chicago White Sox’s Dylan Cease were also named finalists.
Manoah finished the 2022 season with a 16-7 record, posting a 2.24 ERA, a 0.992 WHIP and 180 strikeouts.
