The Toronto Blue Jays have officially clinched a spot in the postseason as the Baltimore Orioles fell to the Boston Red Sox 5-3.
The regular season wraps on Wednesday, Oct. 5 and the Wild Card round gets started the next day on Oct. 6.
Toronto is currently the highest seeded American League wild card team and receive home-field advantage for the best-of-three series.
