Wednesday’s game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Tampa Bay Rays will begin in a rain delay.
Tarps were rolled onto the field about 25 minutes before the scheduled start time, and the Rays announced that first pitch is expected for 7:20 p.m. ET / 4:20 p.m. PT.
Toronto is seeking its seventh straight win and is set to send Kevin Gausman to the mound to take on Rays southpaw Ian Seymour.
The Blue Jays won the opening two games of the four-game series.
