Bournemouth keen to make Thierry Henry their new manager

  • Former striker is head coach of MLS club CF Montréal
  • Jonathan Woodgate in temporary charge of team

Bournemouth are keen on appointing the Arsenal legend Thierry Henry as their manager. The Championship club are ramping up their attempts to fill a position vacated by Jason Tindall a fortnight ago, with Jonathan Woodgate in interim charge.

The 43-year-old Henry is head coach of the MLS side CF Montréal. He has previously managed Monaco and been on Roberto Martínez’s coaching staff with Belgium. Henry signed a two-year contract with Montréal in November 2019 but Bournemouth want to speak to the former France international.
