Canadians Jennifer Abel and Melissa Citrini-Beaulieu won the silver medal in the women’s three-metre synchronized springboard event early Sunday morning at the Tokyo Olympics.
Competing in her fourth Olympics, Abel won the bronze in 2012 with former partner Emilie Heymans. She also placed fourth in 2016 in Rio alongside Pamela Ware.
The duo took silver at each of the last two world championships. Citrini-Beaulieu is making her Olympic debut.
