- Colombia score three times in an 11-minute span
- USA open Copa América campaing on 23 June
Colombia scored three times in an 11-minute span late in the second half to polish off a 5-1 victory over the US men’s national team on Saturday in Landover, Maryland.
With their first Conmebol Copa América match set for 23 June, the Americans seemingly still have a lot of work to do. They gave up two goals in the first 19 minutes and didn’t get on the board until the 58th, when Timothy Weah put a right-footed shot into the back of the net.
