Connor scores late winner as Jets rally past Blues to take Game 1

The Winnipeg Jets scored three goals late in the third period to complete a comeback win over the St. Louis Blues.

Kyle Connor broke a 3-3 tie with a blast from the left circle with under two minutes to play to give Winnipeg a 5-3 win. Alex Iaffalo tied the game halfway through the third period after the Blues had led 3-2 for most of the game. Captain Adam Lowry sealed the win with an empty-net goal.

Game 2 of the series is Monday at 7:30 p.m. ET / 6:30 p.m. CT on CBC and Sportsnet+.
