Philadelphia is set to add some skill up front.
The Anaheim Ducks are trading forward Trevor Zegras to the Flyers for centre Ryan Poehling, a 2025 second-round pick and a 2026 fourth-round pick, Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman reported on Monday.
Zegras, the ninth overall pick from 2019, had 12 goals and 32 points in 57 games last season.
He has struggled to stay healthy over the last two seasons after posting back-to-back 20-goal, 60-point seasons in 2021-22 and 2022-23.
Now, he’ll get a fresh start in Philly.
