Celebrities really aren’t like us. And this is particularly evident by their options for where they spend their summer. While we’re blowing up hastily-purchased Argos paddling pools to cool off for the one hot day we get in the UK, they have olympic-sized pools in expertly-landscaped gardens. We be able to do a staycation but will, inevitably, have to socially-distance ourselves on a crammed beach. But the A-list can “make do” with sojourns on a yacht, where it’s easy to be two metres away from literally everyone in the world.
I’m not complaining though, I absolutely need a bit of vicarious living right now and I urge celebrities to share more of their incredibly lavish vacations. Not only does this give me an opportunity to ogle their luxurious locations, I also get to peep at their summer holiday style, and in particular their swimwear of choice.
