From Celebs to Scandi Tastemakers, I'm Seeing This Spring Jacket Everywhere

If you’ve been on the hunt for a new-season buy that will aid your winter-to-spring transition, then look no further. In a long-sleeve, full-length cut, I’ve found the springtime jacket of dreams, as everyone of style note happened to wear it this week.

Designed in a delicate banana milk shade, Aligne’s Daphne blazer evokes a vibrant, optimistic feeling that compliments the energy of early spring days. Cut with a round-neck, the yellow jacket features a pinch-waist silhouette and a longline design, the jacket offers the coverage and warmth that a spring layer calls for, all wrapped up in one of the season’s biggest colour trends, too.

This week alone I spotted it on presenter and business mogul Rochelle Humes, who chose to pair her suit jacket with Aligne’s matching yellow trousers. Makes sense. Humes added another light layer to her fresh outfit by opting for white pointed-toe heels and forgoing other accessories. Perfect.

Then, a mere couple of days later there it was, at Copenhagen Fashion Week. This time, the long-sleeve jacket was styled without its corresponding trousers, and instead paired with wide-leg blue jeans and a black kitten heel.  Whilst some might feel hesitant to add the saccharine shade into their collection, that fashion set are working hard to prove the versatility of the spring buy. Incorporating the shade into their rotation as they would a neutral colour such a beige or black, influencers have been styling the spring-ready shade with just about everything. Not a far stretch from a warm cream tone, the buttery yellow brings a hint of joy to an outfit, without overwhelming the look.

Whilst the new-season jacket has been selling quickly (something Humes likely has a hand in), the brand restocks frequently, meaning that it can be yours very soon. Plus, there are a few sizes for the picking if you’re fortunate enough to be said size.  To shop the buttery jacket that editors are lining up for this season, read on to shop the Aligne Daphne blazer here, as well as our other favourite blazers below.
