Candles can add a human touch to a room, but this freaky candle called Hand of Glory from UK designer Wailing Dip look like an actual human body part. It’s uncannily realistic, and look like it would be more at home in a morgue than on your mantelpiece.
In designer own words: “Traditionally the Hand of Glory was a candle made from the severed hand of a hanged felon which, when lighted, enabled its user to commit villainous acts by rendering their victims motionless.” However this candle is made from soy and beeswax mix, and no one was harmed during the process.
