If I Wanted to Attract Someone's Attention, I'd Wear This Trend

Every now and then, something so simple yet so brilliant is designed, and you know you’d be mad to not buy it, especially when the price tag isn’t prohibitive. In general, I don’t encourage splurges or panic purchases, but if a piece can be at once classic and trend tapping, effortless yet entirely sassy, then it’s a no-brainer and shouldn’t be ignored.

One such item that has ticked all of those boxes for me recently is a luxury knit off-the-shoulder top from our in-house brand, Who What Wear Collection. The latest winter drop included both a top and a midi dress with the same chic sweetheart neckline and bodiced fit. The sweater version became an instant hit not only in our (virtual) office but also amongst the influencers who managed to pick it up before it flew off the virtual rails at our European stockist Zalando. It has since sold out and been restocked—an indication of just how damn fast you need to be.

The jumper and dress—which both have the potential to be the most flattering thing you’ll wear on Zoom all year—are available and are perfect for whatever version of a “party season” we’re going to experience this winter. Flashing a little décolletage is the kind of sassy move that suits everyone, at once alluring and yet totally nonchalant. It’s a look many celebrities have come to rely on over the years, and it’s a style that never really fades out of fashion.

All this needs is a great pair of earrings to really set it off.

Make this wintry with knee boots and a jaunty neck scarf.

Who doesn’t love a jazzy co-ord? See the skirt below for the full look…

This would also look cute with an oversize jumper and patterned tights.

Love a “business at the front, party at the back” kind of dress.

The most flattering puffers all have waist belts.

Pretty sassy when it’s buttoned a little and worn with jeans.

The kind of sweet, comfortable minidress that will look good over a Google Hangout this Christmas.

This kind of super-fitted mesh top is trending already for 2021.

For those who don’t “do” party dressing, this works a treat.

This classic, warm piece will see you through many chic winters.

Giving me Princess Di vibes.

The kind of print that works all year round. Next up, The classic French winter trends we always go to.
