Potential Saving: £23. Our verdict: If you’re an avid Olaplex lover—or have wanted to try the brand’s cult products for a while—this is the perfect opportunity to stock up or take the plunge. Olaplex contains a patented formula that repairs hair bonds, making it ideal if you colour your hair or frequently use heated styling tools. This bundle contains the iconic No.3 hair treatment mask (this is the one that you see everywhere), as well as No.6, a leave-in treatment that can be used to prepare hair before blow-drying. Expect healthier, shinier and stronger hair after use. Customer review: “Brings over processed hair back to life. Try the whole system. You will not be disappointed. In this case you get what you pay for.”
Potential Saving: £7. Our verdict: Many members of theWho What Wear team love the C.E.O line from Sunday Riley, which leaves skin looking brighter and radiant. It contains 15% vitamin C which helps to fade sun pigmentation as well as stubborn acne scarring. In fact, vitamin C is one of the best ingredients you can include in an anti-aging skincare routine. This serum has a thicker cream texture compared to most serums (which tend to be more watery), so it’s particularly good if you have dry skin. Customer review: “This is one of the most awesome products I have ever purchased. I have dark spots on my face and this product is lightning them up. I bought the system and yes it is pricey, but so well worth it! It is the only thing I have found that is making a difference and I’ve tried everything.”
Potential Saving: £70. Our verdict: This facial cleanser is great for getting a really thorough cleanse. It gently vibrates to help dislodge makeup, oil and build-up from the day to leave your skin feeling refreshed. The compact size is ideal for travelling and it’s easy to clean too. Customer review: “I have oily skin and therefore have problems with acne and blemishes. This brush is the best one I have had so far. The battery lasts about five months, it is easy to travel with the brush and super easy to clean it. I would definitely recommend to invest.”
Potential Saving: £10. Our verdict: In my opinion, BaByliss make some of the best hair wands, and they are really affordable too. This one is particularly good valuer with £10 off, and leave hair with incredible curls. The wand is extra long to cater to all hair lengths and the tapered shape means you get salon-worthy curls every time. It works well on all hair types and has five different temperature settings to suit your hair’s needs. Customer review: “Best curlers I’ve had – work really well and really quick. You can do quite tight curls or loose ones. I normally struggle to keep the curls in as they drop out after a couple of hours however my hair remained curly the morning after! Definitely recommend buying these, especially at this price.”
Potential Saving: £21. Our verdict: We’ve already raved about our love for Elemis (read about our favourite Elemis products here) but the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30 really is that great. It has a creamy texture that’s intensely nourishing on the skin. It helps to plump fine lines and wrinkles while leaving skin feeling bouncy and resilient over time. It’s no wonder that so many loyal fans of Elemis repeat-buy this cult moisturiser. Customer review: “Wonderful product. Been using it several years now. My skin is without a single face wrinkle. I’m 73.”
Potential Saving: £168. Our verdict: If you regularly have in-clinic LED treatments but want to save money with a home device, then this could well be a smart investment. Déesse is considered one of the best brands for LED devices. It has three different modes: Anti-Ageing, which uses red light to address lines and wrinkles, Purifying, which emits blue light to reduce breakouts and acne, and Pigmentation, a green light mode that helps to fade areas of pigmentation. It’s a big investment, but worth it if you have been thinking of investing for a while. Customer review from Cult Beauty: “Definitely an investment I’m happy I made. I compared my Déesse mask to two other LED masks I had lying around and this definitely was a case of you get what you paid for. The LEDs alone were surprisingly so much brighter than the other two masks. My skin felt supple after my first session, the post mask glow is heavenly. I really enjoy using Mode 4-infrared red and blue lights after a micro-needling session ( which dramatically calmed and reduced the redness of my skin after micro-needling ) and Mode 6 – 300+ red medical-grade led lights on the skin. Mode 3- blue lights really make blemishes disappear for me. If you can make such a splurge I highly recommend this mask.”
Potential Saving: £16. Our verdict: If you want to replicate a salon blow-dry at home or try out the fluffy, 90s blowout trend, then this affordable tool might be just what you’re looking for. This both dries and styles your hair at the same time with a heated bristled brush, leaving hair volumised, shiny and bouncy. Customer review: “I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had to after trying this for the first time. I bought it with much scepticism, my hair is very thick, it has natural curly waves at the back (of course only at the back it’s straight at the front!) It is impossible for me to dry straight, and even with the straighteners doesn’t look right, it is only when I’ve had it blow dried at the hairdressers that it looks healthy and smooth at the back. I opened the box so carefully because I was sure I’d be sending this back, however after just 15 minutes of drying, I am so impressed! It does get hot, and is quite noisy but very easy to use, and my hair feels incredible! For anybody wondering whether it’s worth a try I would say yes!”
