Kelley O’Hara scored a 97th-minute winner to earn Washington Spirit a comeback win over Chicago Red Stars, sealing the club’s first NWSL Championship title.
Earlier, Rachel Hill opened the scoring for Chicago with a goal in the fifth minute of first-half stoppage time before Andi Sullivan leveled for Washington with a 67th-minute penalty after Tara McKeown was fouled by Tierna Davidson.
