Giordano has six goals and 23 points in 55 games this season with the Kraken. The 38-year-old was acquired in the expansion draft from the Calgary Flames.
The Toronto native was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Flames where he would go on to play 15 seasons before moving on to Seattle. He won the Norris Trophy after recording a career-high 74 points, including 17 goals, in 78 games during the 2018-19 season.
Giordano is also heralded for his leadership ability winning the Mark Messier Leadership award with the Flames in the 2019-20 season.
