Mavericks crush Celtics to force Game 5 in NBA Finals

With their backs against the wall, the Dallas Mavericks put together the most complete performance of the season.

Dallas beat the Boston Celtics 122-84 in Game 4 of the NBA Finals to save their season and extend the series to five games.

Luka Doncic led the Mavericks in scoring with 29 points while Kyrie Irving had 21. The two-stars were given the fourth quarter off after the Celtics pulled their starters late in the third quarter.

Jayson Tatum had 15 points to lead Boston starters. Jaylen Brown and Jrue Holiday were held to just 10 each.

The series will now head back to Boston where the Celtics will have a chance to win the title on home court. The game will tip off Monday night.
