‘My son needs me’: Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce to retire after Paris Olympics

  • Three-time Olympic champion wants to focus on her family
  • Jamaican sprinter ‘owes it to [family]to do something else’

Three-time Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has revealed she plans to retire after the Paris Games this summer.

The 37-year-old won the 100m title in both 2008 and 2012, and collected a third Olympic gold as part of the Jamaican relay team at Tokyo 2020.
