NFL Playoff Tracker: Four teams can clinch in Week 15

The NFL playoffs are just around the corner.

Four teams have already booked spots in the post-season, and four more can do the same in Week 15.

The Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings all have a chance to punch their tickets to the playoffs this week.

Houston and the Philadelphia Eagles — one of the four teams to already lock up a playoff berth — can also clinch division titles.

Buffalo Bills (10-3) — AFC East division title

Kansas City Chiefs (12-1) — AFC West division title

HOUSTON TEXANS (8-5)

Houston clinches AFC South division title with:

PITTSBURGH STEELERS

Pittsburgh clinches a playoff berth with:

PIT win or tie
MIA loss or tie + IND loss or tie

Detroit Lions (12-1) — playoff berth
