Oilers bounce back against Golden Knights in Game 4, tie series at 2-2

The Edmonton Oilers were too much for the Vegas Golden Knights to handle in Game 4 with a 4-1 victory at Rogers Place.

The series now shifts back to Vegas tied at 2-2.

Edmonton took a 3-0 lead after the first period off goals from Nick Bjugstad, Evan Bouchard and Mattias Ekholm. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins scored his first of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in the second period to give the Oilers some extra insurance.

After being pulled in Game 3, Stuart Skinner got back on track finishing with 24 saves on 25 shots. Making his first start of the playoffs, Adin Hill allowed four goals on 33 shots.

With the victory, the Oilers improved to 4-0 following a loss in the Stanley Cup Playoffs after dropping Game 3 5-1.

Game 5 is set for Friday night at 10 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. MT on Sportsnet and SN NOW.
