After a smaller event schedule on Sunday, the event wraps up with the closing ceremony at 2:15 p.m. ET / 11:15 a.m. PT. Then, the countdown begins until Los Angeles 2028.

Malindi Elmore (women’s marathon, 2 a.m.)
Twenty years after making her Summer Games debut in the 1,500 metres, the 44-year-old native of Kelowna, B.C. runs her second Olympic marathon. Elmore was ninth in this event three years ago in Tokyo.
U.S. vs. France women’s basketball (final, 9:30 a.m.)
The Americans have won an astounding 60 Olympic games in a row. Another win here gives the U.S. an eighth consecutive Olympic medal.
