Panarin scores overtime winner as Rangers beat Penguins in Game 7

Artemi Panarin scored the overtime-winning goal as the New York Rangers have moved on to the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs after a 4-3 comeback overtime victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 7.

The Rangers will take on the Carolina Hurricanes who moved on after beating the Boston Bruins in Round 1.
