The Phillies will face the Arizona Diamondbacks, a fellow wild-card team, in the best-of-seven NLDS.
Nick Castellanos had his second two-homer game in a row for the Phillies in Game 4 against the Braves.
Trea Turner also homered for Philly.
Austin Riley opened the scoring for the Braves with a home run.
