The Toronto Raptors are reportedly trading Goran Dragic to the San Antonio Spurs in exchange for Thaddeus Young, Sportsnet has confirmed.

I can confirm Goran Dragic being traded to Spurs for Thad Young (@ShamsCharania first). I presume there will be other pieces given salary disparity.
