Eric Bledsoe’s tenure with the Memphis Grizzlies has apparently come to an early end.
The Grizzlies, who just acquired Bledsoe on draft day, are sending the 31-year-old guard to the Los Angeles Clippers for Patrick Beverley, Rajon Rondo and Daniel Oturu, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Bledsoe spent the first three seasons of his NBA career with the Clippers from 2010-13. The 11-year veteran has also played with the Phoenix Suns, Milwaukee Bucks and New Orleans Pelicans.
The Pelicans traded Bledsoe, Steven Adams and the draft rights to 10th overall pick Ziaire Williams to the Grizzlies in a three-team deal that also involved the Charlotte Hornets.
Bledsoe, a two-time All-Defensive Team player, had averages of 12.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 71 games with New Orleans last season.
