Scottie Scheffler wins second Masters title, continues his dominance

Scottie Scheffler needs to make some extra space in his closet.

Scheffler carded a 4-under 68 in the final round of the Masters Tournament on Sunday to win the second green jacket of his career.

The world’s No. 1 ranked golfer finished four shots ahead of Sweden’s Ludvig Åberg.

With the win, the 27-year-old Scheffler became the fourth youngest golfer to win twice at the famous Augusta National. He won his first Masters title two years ago.

It’s the second major victory of Scheffler’s career and already his third victory of 2024. He won both the Arnold Palmer Invitational and The Players Championship earlier this season.

Corey Conners finished at the top Canadian in a tie for 38th, while the only other Canuck to make the cut was Adam Hadwin, who finished tied for 53rd.

More to come.
