This season has felt awash with new trends, from fresh denim takes to rising jumper styles, each week we’re taking taking stock of what the fashion forward are favouring—and we’ve found ourselves brimming with inspiration.
Though we’ve come across so many tempting trends, we’ve seen several key silhouettes rise above the rest, stealing those top spots of the season’s most covetable. Amongst these special few is the brown coat. This season, celebrities including Kaia Gerber and Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley have been swapping their brown and beige coats or this warm-toned chocolate style, favouring the new-season shade throughout the season.
Sporting the trend most recently, style icon Sofia Richie was spotted in Beverly Hills wrapped up in The Row’s Polli Wool-Blend Jacket. Whilst the cover-up comes in rich black and mellow taupe, Richie picked the warm chocolate brown for her walk in L.A. For its naturally rich tone that layers beautifully with lashing of gold jewellery and neutral bases, chocolate brown coats have become a celebrity must-have this season.
