The Dallas Stars are headed to the Stanley Cup Final.
Dallas eliminated the Vegas Golden Knights Monday, winning Game 5 in overtime 3-2 to claim the best-of-seven conference final series 4-1.
Dallas was trailing 2-0 heading into the third period before finding its offensive touch courtesy of goals from Jamie Benn and Joel Kiviranta.
The Stars will face either the Tampa Bay Lightning or New York Islanders to decide this year’s Stanley Cup champion.
Tampa Bay currently leads that series 3-1, with the potentially series-deciding Game 5 taking place Tuesday night.
