Less than 24 hours after trading Matthew Tkachuk to the Florida Panthers, Calgary Flames general manager Brad Treliving will address the media following the blockbuster deal.
Tkachuk, who eventually signed an eight-year, $76-million extension with the Panthers, was traded to Florida along with a conditional fourth-round pick in 2025 in exchange for forwards Jonathan Huberdeau and Cole Schwindt and defenceman MacKenzie Weegar, plus a first-round draft pick in 2025.
