Last winter saw a surge in sales of puffer coats, and we won’t be surprised if we see the same again this year. Now that the cold weather has arrived and our days are sandwiched between chilly mornings and dark nights, a good coat never goes amiss—especially a cosy padded one. In recent years I went on my own hunt to find the perfect puffer coat, searching everywhere from Prada to Primark.
