9 Trends That Zara Is Getting So Right This Season

When Zara does a trend, it tends to fully commit and so you’ll see it plastered all over the homepage. There are nine items in particular that Zara is getting really right at the moment, and although we use the word ‘trend’, these are all classic autumn staples, so they will all go the distance in your wardrobe. As we are beginning to slowly transition from summer to autumn, Zara’s new-in section is filled with perfect layering pieces for this in-between period, including bodysuits, light knitwear and faux leather pieces.

The overarching theme on Zara right now is the dominance of ’90s minimalist silhouettes, particularly with the fitted knitwear, muted colour palette and slouchy denim. Many of the pieces in the new-in section are also catering to our shifts in routine in 2020, with co-ords and leggings that are perfect for working or lounging at home. Keep scrolling to see the 9 items that Zara is getting really right at the moment.

There are so many bodysuits on Zara right now, however our favourite has to be the sleeved neoprene-effect body with a low dramatic back.

So many of Zara’s hero pieces right now come in a faux leather in a beautiful stone colour. We love how they have styled the crop top with a moss green trouser suit.

Knitted co-ords have been a staple at Zara for several winters now, however thanks to spending more time indoors, we have a feeling they’ll be bigger than ever this year.

This ’90s knitwear trend is perfect for cooler summer evenings—we want the ribbed sweater in both colours.

When it comes to footwear, it’s all about practical sandals that could double as slippers. The tan leather flip flops with elegant stitching are our favourites.

Zara’s playing with different legging trends for autumn, from ribbed knit leggings to split-front versions.

The cut-out knit top in black and burnt orange is quite possibly our favourite thing you can buy on Zara right now.

Chunky chain jewellery and accessories is one of the biggest trends for autumn winter 2020, and Zara has lots for under £20.

Zara’s denim offering has a distinctive 90s feel to it, with slouchy straight-leg jeans and denim midi skirts that remind us of Rachel and Monica from the early seasons of Friends
