The Chic £35 M&S Bag All Our Editors Own Is Finally Back in Stock

Ah, the Great British high street—we’ve got a lot to thank it for. Between its affordability and sheer convenience, it’s become our primary way to shop, and when it comes to trends, we can always rely on it to deliver accessible takes on runway pieces. More often than not, scouring the stores can uncover hidden gems and turn unexpected pieces into overnight successes, and with a new season of clothes and accessories making their way into stores, there is plenty to be excited about for the season ahead.

Marks and Spencer has had a particularly good run of transitional pieces and standout accessories in the last few months (who could forget those luxe-looking sandals), and we’ve found the latest piece in demand on the site, and it looks far more expensive than it’s high-street price tag.

The brand’s faux-leather crossbody bag is already proving to be an across-the-board hit with all of the editors in the Who What Wear office due to its style, practicality and price. An easy-to-wear crossbody that would easily be mistaken for designer for under £40. What more could you ask for?

Just when we thought we were sold on the classic black style, we spotted Evody Onesi and Sam Briones in the equally chic tan and green colourways, making your only decision which colour to go for or whether to settle on all three. Thanks, M&S.

Style Notes: Proof that a camel bag goes with everything in your wardrobe, we especially love Evody’s pairing of a plain tee, Breton knit and flares.

Style Notes: Next time you reach for a black bag, try swapping it for khaki green. The seasonal shade is less severe than black and helps to lift a colourful print.

Is this not easily the chicest high-street bag you’ve seen to date?

Just imagine the options. With dresses, blazers, slouchy knits, crisp shirts, T-shirts and jeans, leather biker jackets. The list goes on.

And last but not least, the khaki. An understated shade of deep sage perfect for work and weekend.

The new pink colourway is just the injection of colour we need ahead of spring. Barbiecore fans, rejoice!

Yes, M&S is nailing the ’90s mini-bag aesthetic too.

This bag comes in classic black too, but it’s the woven detail that makes this simple bag feel special.

Not impressed by the mini baguette? Then you’ll need an XXL tote to carry everything you need.

This nifty bag houses a secret: three concealed but roomy sections for the shopper who always comes well prepared.

The most stylish practical purchase you’ll make this week. Instead of digging around in your bag for your phone, you can wear it where you can always reach it, and it fits discreetly under your coat.
