At the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado, Dakota Johnson piled on all of the season’s favourite accessories, creating a look seeped in luxury with a causal, wearable twist.
Styling Gucci’s contrast collar denim jacket, Johnson juxtaposed the workwear essence of the overcoat by pairing it with one of the most feminine items on the market, Alaïa’s mesh ballet flats.
Combining the playful fishnet material, with delicate, ballet flat shape, Alaïa created the year’s most covetable slipper. Having inspired the rest of the market, the mesh shoe trend has proven it has serious staying power, with styles continuing to out across the board.
Topping off her trifecta of fabulous accessories was Johnson’s Bottega Veneta Andiamo handbag. In a deep brown shade the luxurious bag features a sliding cross-body strap which can be worn draped across the body.
