Anyone else find fall to be the best Sephora season? Just like with fashion, there’s so much newness to be had. In addition to seasonal releases, the holiday gift sets start trickling in as early as September. Simply put, it’s a pretty great time of year to be a Sephora devotee.
While I’m acutely familiar with Sephora’s new arrivals at any given moment, I’m actually a senior fashion editor for Who What Wear by trade—but I still make time to peruse Sephora’s Just Dropped section on a daily basis. It may sound like a big commitment to check Sephora’s new arrivals every day, but if you enjoy it, it doesn’t feel like work at all. If you’re not someone who has quite that level of commitment but loves Sephora and wants some fresh beauty product recommendations, it’s safe to say that I’ve got them.

I’m very picky about foundation (aren’t we all), but if any brand can create the perfect one, it’s Westman Atelier. This provides the perfect amount of lightweight coverage and wears beautifully throughout the day. My high expectations were absolutely met.
First of all, this packaging is about as good as it gets. The cream blush inside is equally excellent. I don’t usually expect glowy cream blushes to have much pigment or staying power, but Make Me Blush is the exception. The dewy formula stays vibrant for hours, and is buildable depending on how much intensity you want.
I’m so obsessed with Mary Phillips’ new lip gloss that I now own it in almost every shade. The texture is on the thicker side but not at all sticky, and the colors are just so cool.
Saie’s new eyeshadows are so user-friendly, you could apply them with your fingers and be good to go. They’re pigmented but look so natural. The only hard part is deciding which color to buy if you have to choose just one (I’m partial to Tartufo). The brand’s The Double-Ended Eyeshadow Brush is also excellent.
Dare I say this new shimmery rosy mauve is the best Eadem lip balm shade yet? I think you’ll agree.
Truth be told, I don’t usually love serum foundations, as I find most to be kind of greasy and have a weird smell, so I was skeptical initially but very pleased to discover that this one is different. It offers a bit more coverage than most and isn’t nearly as shiny on the skin. I was shocked by how well it evened out my skin tone.
ITK beauty lovers were thrilled when UK brand skincare Medik8 launched at Sephora. Its products are so innovative and effective, with this skin-smoothing peptide serum and the Crystal Retinal Serum being my most-used products.
Big Prada blush fan here, so I bought this new lavender shade immediately. It’s as stunning on the skin as it is in the pan. It blends beautifully and lasts for hours.
