Means throws Orioles’ first no-hitter in nearly 30 years vs. Mariners

Orioles ace John Means has no-hit the Mariners, completing the feat for Baltimore for the first time in nearly 30 years in the team’s 6-0 win over Seattle.

The last no-hitter in Orioles history came on July 13, 1991 when Bob Milacki, Mike Flanagan, Mark Williamson, and Gregg Olson combined to shut out the Oakland Athletics 2-0.

The organization has seen nine no-hitters, five in Baltimore.
