M&S Does the Very Best Jumpers, and These 22 Prove It

Sam wears a rainbow striped cashmere jumper from M&S. Take her lead and wear brights with neutrals for a polished look.

Now it’s pretty much November, temperatures are no doubt going to start plummeting. But the upside to this is that we get to wrap ourselves up in fabulous knitwear for the foreseeable. Brits have long relied on M&S for its excellent knitwear selection and this year, it’s better than ever, with plenty of beautiful jumpers and cardigans to choose from. M&S is particularly known for its cashmere crew-necks and roll-necks, and it’s added some amazing colours to its classic arsenal, including bright tangerine, ombre styles and hot pink.

When it comes to classic knitwear styles, you really can’t beat a chunky cable-knit jumper. Or, if you’re looking for a statement piece, something slightly festive or just a simple jumper you can rely on every day, we think there will be at least one style for you in our edit below. Keep scrolling to see the 22 jumpers we love.

Striped knits are a seasonal staple.

Sometimes, you just can’t beat a classic.

Ok, we know this isn’t technically a jumper, but it is just such a chic cardi we had to include it! We recommend grabbing this in a size up to make it slouchy.

This colour is divine.

A classic grey roll-neck will work hard in your wardrobe. Wear with skirts, denim, leather and more.

Half-zip knits are perfect for layering over high neck tops, or even other jumpers when it’s super chilly.

This shade of green will lift any pair of trusty jeans.

So chic.

Collared knits are everywhere this year and the lilac style puts a fresh twist on the trend.

I think this is just so gorgeous. Tuck it in to wide-leg jeans and add heeled boots for an easy yet impressive autumn look.

Picture this with jeans and chunky boots for a weekend in the countryside.

A roll neck top looks so chic underneath a V-neck knit.

I’ll wear this with a cream slip skirt and heeled mules for my next dinner date.

The brand’s 2021 version of this knit flew off the shelves, and I predict this updated style will be just as popular.

A great black jumper will forever be a wardrobe hero. If you look after it well then it’ll last you decades.

Wear this pretty pink jumper with wide-leg navy trousers for a Parisian feel.

This one is made from recycled materials.

A camel knit is just timeless. Wear with leather trousers or a midi skirt for added polish.

Cashmere jumpers needn’t be plain, mix it up with this graphic print knit.

I’m a huge fan of this monochrome beauty, which I’ll pair with tailored trousers and loafers.

Wear with a slip skirt and heels for an instant party look.

Last but not least, this amazing striped number. With its relaxed fit, it is the perfect addition to your weekend wardrobe.
