We've Found Summer's Answer to Comfy Joggers

No items divide people quite like shorts, as many people have the item on their ultimate no-no list and prefer to wear skirts and dresses in summer. I myself am not really a shorts person. I have always struggled to find the right length and only tend to wear them on holiday. Fashion buyers have been anticipating that shorts are going to become more popular this season thanks to the prominence of Bermuda shorts on the runways. However, with the unprecedented shifts to our lifestyles, there is a new demand for a different kind of shorts—runners in tracksuit fabrics.

For when it gets too hot to wear loungewear, one of the most comfortable items you can wear for summer at home is a pair of shorts in either linen, sweatshirt or jersey fabrics. If you want a pair of basic shorts to act in place of jogging bottoms, I’d recommend you head to Weekday or Topshop. For something a little jazzier, I’m quite taken with Ganni’s leopard and floral prints.
