As the world of college sports finds itself in uncertain times, Danté Stewart is clear about one thing.
“Nothing about college athletics suggests that being a student comes first. So, that language needs to be changed,” says Stewart, a former Clemson football player. “The ‘student-athlete’ is always being limited to being a student rather than a worker.”
